		<description>As you mention here, I do always try to look for a win/win situation during negotiation. At the same time, I do look for long term solution. Sure, profit margin is important, but I always do my best to be fair and try to establish healthy relationship by being honest and straightforward. When things do not work out, it&#039;s like breaking up with a boyfriend. I try to point out the best assets they have and use the &quot;it&#039;s not you, it&#039;s me. So, please find someone else who can help you.&quot; Usually, they all come back to me because they realize what I offered was the best they could find!</description>
